MOZARTO MECHANICAL FEATURES

Stabilizer Belt :

Stabilizes motion of cartons which is coming from any upstream machine.

Massager Belt :

Separates cartons evenly before conveying it to printing belt.
This belt will set automatically during changeover.

Top-Bottom Belt

3-belt mechanism to ensure that all the sizes of carton are conveyed correctly.This belt will set automatically during changeover.

Camera & Printer Height

Camera & Printer head are mounted on single mounting block. Height of the camera & printer head will set automatically during changeover

Exit Belt

Same bottom printing belt is extended till exit this ensures accurate tracking of carton.

Exit Rejection Bin

Rejection bin designed to handle fragile product within cartons.

Air Nozzle for Rejection

High speed air nozzle for fast and accurate rejection.
