Remote Technical Support
We are always available for remote technical support through Teamviewer. This is how we can connect to global customers in just few minutes. Our experience says that through remote support most of the problems can be solved quickly.
On-site Technical Support
We provide physical local support which is necessary when emergencies are raised. We first do root cause analysis (RCA) of the problem and take corrective and preventive actions to solve the problem permanently. Moreover we have our in-house R&D & development team which works in close co-ordination with on-site support engineer.
Training Sessions
SPAN conducts customized training sessions for customers on-site and off-site. These training sessions are designed to give conceptual knowledge of how vision system works and also an in-depth system know-how. We ensure to build customer confidence on using our systems by this customized training sessions. We conduct short test to evaluate knowledge gained during training and also award a certificate.
System Upgrade
We provide updates to customer on latest improvements in the systems. This aligns customer to the latest going on development. Our development team works closely with after sales team for feasibility check of upgradation and also to better understand customer challenges due to ever changing of their product category to be inspected. Due to this internal co-ordination between teams customers get the right upgrade for their machine.
